"Great Taste" show to feature Alexa Claire Bridal Gowns

Deerfield Beach, FL June 5, 2004--Platinum Television Group is pleased to announce the selection of Alexa Claire Bridal Gowns for a segment for its innovative, educational television series, Great Taste.

Everyone loves a wedding, and it is one time in life when all attention is focused on what people wear—especially the star of the show, the bride. Alexa Claire, founded by Claire Fetters and Hugh Miskel is a new company founded in 2003, launching its first line of gowns in spring 2004.

The gowns are all hand sewn with great attention to detail, and offer high quality at a moderate price, aiming to be the best in the moderate price range of bridal apparel. The company's passion for quality begins with the choice of materials, such as satin, lace, organza, and chiffon, continues with the manufacturing and finishing details, and extends to the individual service commitment to retail partners, who market the gowns to the public.

The company offers trunk sales—or private showings—at bridal salons currently to introduce the new line. Styles are "back to classic," according to Fetters. "They feature subtle, intricate beading and flattering lines, with a hint of drama. We are sure that today's brides will be thrilled with our beautiful selection and styles that fit them as well as their budget." All selections can be duplicated in sizes 4-28.

Alexa Claire will be part of a five-segment series with Bridal Guide magazine on "Creating the Perfect Wedding." It will highlight the gowns in the collection, as well as discuss how to choose the right wedding dress, and discuss the company background.
