Patricia Coughlin Shaw of Attention to Detail Earns Professional Bridal Consultant Designation.

North Attleboro, MA July 14, 2004 -- Patricia Coughlin Shaw of Attention to Detail, a full-service wedding and event planning company, has recently completed the coursework to earn the designation Professional Bridal Consultant. This designation was earned through completing coursework offered by the Association of Bridal Consultants, the professional organization dedicated to the wedding industry since 1981.

Patricia, a lifetime native of Massachusetts, had an early start in the event planning industry, working with her former company's executives to plan their first annual conference in 1989. She honed her event planning skills for the next several years, planning events and meetings for a large school publishing company. In late 2001, Patricia began her company, Attention to Detail, focusing her efforts working with engaged couples and small non-profit groups. She offers wedding planning, vendor referrals, and wedding day design services to couples in Southern New England, in addition to providing four lines of social invitations.

In 2004, Patricia joined the International Special Events Society, to further her education of the event industry. She is currently working towards earning the Certified Special Events Professional designation through the ISES organization.
